We are honored and delighted you have chosen to purchase your Little Garments™ from us. Our Garments are custom-made and carefully sewn with the greatest of care and skill for each individual child. Seams are all finished with an overlock Serger or pinking sheers. Our fabrics are chosen from the best quality fabrics available. All garments are individually inspected prior to shipping. We would appreciate any feedback regarding garment styles and fabric selection or any other suggestions you may have.

1. How to Order
You can order by going to our on-line shopping cart.
Please be careful in the details of entering your personal information, especially your addresses and zip codes to insure you receive your order at the correct address, on time and with no delays. See FAQ’s
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. (Visa, MasterCard, Bank or PayPal.
Now you can pay by credit card through PayPal.com without signing up for an account.
Checkout and Payment- Once signed-in you can then review your order and confirm your details. Once you click "Confirm Order", you are taken to a page where you can enter your payment details and complete your purchase in a secure environment featuring the highest level of SSL-encryption available, hosted by the industry-leading payment processing system, PayPal.
We regret that at this time we are not accepting personal checks or money orders.
We will not be able to start your order without full payment.
If you are unsure on the Little Garments™ size you would like to order, or if you need alterations to the sizing - lengthening or shortening, etc. - it would be best to call us before ordering so that we can answer any of your questions.
Delivery - Little Garments™ are all custom made but we will endeavor to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, however if your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you by email or phone.
Standard Delivery: Orders delivered USPS. All custom orders delivery within 3-4 weeks.
Shipping is calculated on the gross weight of your order.
Shipping costs - Your shipping costs are shown on the delivery information page during check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm shipping costs prior to placing your order.

2. USPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Order shipments typically require 2-9 business days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or Holidays. Unlike USPS does not always show updates on the package tracking until it actually reaches its destination. Packages sent through USPS are always insured.
3. OUR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your Little Garments™ purchase but because our garments are all custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns. This is typical for any hand-made, customized item.
The only exception would be orders that are inconsistent with the purchase order; please keep this in mind and measure and choose carefully when you make your purchase. Our garments are 100% guaranteed if there was an error on our part.

5. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. Little Garment™ is not responsible for any packages that the USPS loses and/or mistakenly delivers to wrong address. With this in mind, please consider insurance for your package!
